Submit Your Verification Documents

HCIP Insurance Services is working hard on your behalf. When you upload your verification documents, we will upload them to the Marketplace for you on your behalf. The Marketplace will review your documents and send YOU a notice whether your documents were approved/denied. It is important that you notify Brett Melton at Brett@hciplans.com if you have any additional questions.
